Services

Four kinds of support. Combined when that is wiser than choosing one.

Intensity and duration are set with you. Nothing here requires a public announcement or a dramatic first meeting.

01

Sober companion

In-person presence through the parts of a day that are hardest to hold alone: travel, early recovery after treatment, a return home, a work stretch, or a social calendar that used to revolve around substance use. The companion role is practical — pacing, logistics, accountability that is human rather than punitive.

This is not surveillance for its own sake. It is agreed structure: who is present, for how long, and what “help” looks like when the day tilts. Travel can be part of the work when it is useful. Ask.

02

Sober coaching

Conversation with a spine: patterns, triggers, relationships, work, and the next calendar — not a lecture about character. Coaching can be remote or in person, standing alone or sitting beside companion hours.

Useful when someone is stable enough to think, and still needs a regular place to tell the truth about what is working. It is support, not a diagnosis and not a substitute for therapy when therapy is indicated.

03

Wellness coaching

Recovery is lived in a body and a schedule. Wellness work here is concrete: sleep, food, movement, screens, isolation, and the small repeats that either stabilize a week or quietly undo it.

The tone is adult. No boot-camp theatrics, no shame about appetite or energy. The point is a day that can be inhabited without constant negotiation.

04

Intervention

Family-centered and discreet. An intervention, in this practice, is a prepared conversation — not a surprise staged for effect, and not a circle of accusation. The people who love someone get help organizing facts, language, boundaries, and a realistic offer of care.

There is no TV-style confrontation. If a person is not ready, the family still leaves with a clearer map: what they will do next, what they will not do, and how to keep talking without turning the house into a courtroom. Clinical and treatment partners are involved when that is the honest next step.

Not sure which door to use?

Say what is happening. The first reply can be a recommendation — companion time, coaching, a family meeting, or a referral out — rather than a package.
