How information is handled here.

This site is small on purpose. It has no accounts, no mailing list, and no advertising. This page explains what does reach us, and the limits of confidentiality.

Who we are

The Next Stretch Coaching is operated by GTH Consulting and Holdings Co LLC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean GTH Consulting and Holdings Co LLC. Gavin Hassett provides the services for the company.

Questions about this policy go to hello@nextstretchcoaching.com or 512-806-6205. By mail: GTH Consulting and Holdings Co LLC, 1621 Central Ave #9091, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

What the website itself collects

The website does not use cookies of its own, advertising pixels or tracking tags, accounts, or a newsletter sign-up. It does not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Three outside services are involved when you load a page:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site (it runs on a Cloudflare Worker). Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the site, such as which pages are viewed and how fast they load. It does not use cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy.

Our sites do not track you across other sites, so we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

The contact form

The contact form does not send anything to our website or store anything on a server. When you press “Send inquiry,” your own browser puts what you typed (name, email, phone, who is reaching out, and a brief situation) into a new message in your email app, addressed to hello@nextstretchcoaching.com. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.

If you decide not to send it, nothing reaches us.

Email and phone

Email to hello@nextstretchcoaching.com is received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a private mailbox that Gavin uses for this work. Your own email provider, Cloudflare, and the provider of that mailbox handle the message in transit and in storage.

Calls and texts to 512-806-6205 go through ordinary phone carriers.

We use service providers, including AI-assisted tools, to help sort email and draft replies.

We use what you send only to reply to you, to decide with you whether this work is a fit, and, if we work together, to provide and keep records of the services. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your inquiry with anyone for marketing.

Sensitive inquiries

People often write about substance use, mental health, family conflict, or a crisis. Please share only what you are comfortable putting in email or a text. Standard email and text messages are not encrypted end to end and are not a secure channel. A short note and a good time to call is enough to start.

If you are writing about someone else, consider what they would want shared, and keep identifying details to what is needed.

Email, text, and phone are not monitored around the clock. Do not use them for an emergency. Call 911, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Confidentiality and its limits

Confidentiality is the default. What you share is not used as a story, a testimonial, or marketing, and is not shared with family members, employers, payers, or other professionals without your permission, except as described below.

The Next Stretch Coaching provides coaching, sober companion, peer support, and Intervention Support. It does not provide medical or clinical treatment and does not bill health insurance. Because of that, we are not a “covered entity” under HIPAA, and we are not a federally assisted substance use disorder program covered by 42 CFR Part 2. Gavin is a Texas Certification Board Mental Health Peer Specialist, and the peer specialist code of ethics requires respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the people he serves. We keep conversations confidential, with these limits:

  • Risk of serious harm. If we believe someone is at imminent risk of seriously harming themselves or another person, we may share the information needed to prevent it with emergency services, law enforcement, or a crisis line, and, if there is no other way to protect them, with the person at risk.
  • Medical emergencies. In a medical emergency, including a suspected overdose, we will call 911 or other emergency services and may share information emergency responders need.
  • Abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Texas law requires anyone who believes a child is being abused or neglected, or that an elderly person or a person with a disability is being abused, neglected, or exploited, to report it to the proper authority. In some cases it also requires a report when an adult shares abuse they suffered as a child and a report is needed to protect someone else. We will make the reports the law requires.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, such as a valid court order or subpoena.
  • People you authorize. If a family member or another person is paying for or coordinating services, what we share with them is set out in writing and agreed with you. You can change that permission.

Where it is safe and practical, we will tell you before sharing anything under these limits, and we will share only what is needed.

How long we keep information

Inquiry emails and messages are kept only as long as they are useful for replying and following up. If we work together, records are kept for the length of the working relationship and after it for as long as tax and legal rules require, and are then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@nextstretchcoaching.com. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within those 45 days and why, and finish within another 45 days. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying to that email. We may keep information we are legally required to keep. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

We do not sell personal information.

Children

Services for anyone under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to the terms of service on the minor’s behalf. A parent or legal guardian may ask what information we hold about a minor in their care, using the steps in “Your choices” above. The website itself is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
